For 38 years, we've been creating handcrafted New York-style pizza using recipes passed down from our grandmother, Antoinette, whose roots trace back to Bari, Italy.
Our Seaside restaurant offers a spacious, full-service dining experience featuring our signature pizzas, Italian pasta dishes, appetizers, salads, and desserts.

At Pizza a’ fetta, we believe exceptional pizza begins long before it reaches your table.
Our signature pizza sauce begins with a specially selected annual harvest of Roma tomatoes, chosen for their natural balance of acidity and pectin. We harvest and pack the tomatoes within hours to preserve their quality.
We prepare our sauce using a carefully balanced blend of 18 spices, cooking it for approximately three hours before allowing it to develop its signature flavor over an additional 12 hours.
Our dough is made fresh using a specially milled flour selected for its texture and lower gluten content, then hand-tossed to create our signature soft, New York-style crust.
We finish our pizzas with whole-milk mozzarella and carefully selected toppings.
These aren't shortcuts or trends. They're traditions we've maintained since opening our doors in 1988.
