We offer a product mix that caters to a wide variety of customers, looking for by the slice or whole pies for dining in or take out, to soups, salads, appetizers, beer, and wine. This product mix allows customers to enjoy a quick bite at an affordable cost or enjoy a full-service dining experience.
Pizza a' fetta first opened its doors on August 22, 1988, in Cannon Beach, Oregon. We started with 369 square feet, mainly selling Pizza by the slice and whole pies to go. In 1994 it was expanded by acquiring the area to the west of its original location. This allowed Pizza a' fetta a total of 790 square feet with street front visibility and the opportunity to offer full-service dining. In 2005, we renovated once again, intending to make the service area more efficient and to create a larger dining space that would allow us to reduce the 45-minute wait for a table to an average wait time of 25 minutes.
In 2009 we acquired the location above us, and this allowed us an additional 800 square feet that would be used as an extra dining space enabling us to now seat 70 guests from our original 24 guests. This new space also allowed us the opportunity to expand our base by providing our guests with a banquet space that seats up to 45 guests for private parties and wedding Rehearsal dinners.
After seeing the growth in business, and all of our accolades, year after year, we started to think about growth and duplicating the concept. We then began to concentrate on creating systems that would allow for duplication and maintaining both the quality of our product and service we are known for year after year.
In 2012 we decided to test these new systems and methods by allowing our management team to run the business with less input from us. This allowed us to tweak some of the systems and processes and see if we would be able to maintain the quality of the product and the level of service we are known for providing. After several years we are confident that we created a successful program.
In 2020 we decided to open the second unit of Pizza a ‘fetta in Seaside, Oregon with our manager from the cannon Beach location becoming now an owner-operator. This location runs using all our systems that have been implemented in ensure quality and efficacy.
We are now completing our franchise- licenses program and are looking for individuals who wish to be an owner-operator in their own business. This opportunity minimizes the risk of starting a new company that has not yet developed systems, build a reputation or brand name. why start from scratch when you can invest in tried and proven methods to operate successfully for over a period of 35 years and running.
